Tuna Tartare is 💯🔥
It is probably one of my favorite things ever, and this one especially is requested over and over again!
It has so much flavor packed into every single bite. The Jalepeno, ginger & cucumber work SO WELL together and then when you top that with soy sauce and sesame oils you’ve got a heavenly combination!
It is a perfect mix of salty, sweet & spicy! It’s so good for you, and don’t even get me started on the benefits of eating this delicious combination! Just in the base you’ve got; healthy fats from the Avocado, anti inflammatory from the wasabi & the lime aids your digestion! Now for the top; the tuna is full of protein & omega 3’s, ginger is so great for your immune system, cucumber helps you to hydrate and the jalepeno clears your sinuses if nothing else!
It’s practically a Superfood / Supermeal! 💪
It’s also just dangerously tasty and super addicting. Another awesome thing about this tuna recipe is that it is so versatile! You can serve it in a bowl like Poke, on top of avocado (like the bottom photo) or as an appetizer on a rice cracker or waffle potato chip!
I think people will forever think of tartare as something complicated and fancy & I truly hope this recipe makes it approachable for all! It is so much easier than you can ever imagine! Definitely something that can be incorporated into a weekly or monthly meal plan! A meal you can be proud of for many different reasons!
